I’m Neetu Rishi, and I proudly identify as a passionpreneur, having transformed my passion into my profession. I operate The Success Door LLC, a coaching academy dedicated to fostering personal and personality growth among both youth and adults. Over the past four years, I’ve lovingly nurtured this endeavor, finding fulfillment each day as I witness the positive impact of my coaching on young individuals, empowering them to become better leaders, successful entrepreneurs, influential public speakers, and aspiring authors. Together with my team, we’ve guided 274 students on their journey to becoming self-published authors.
Additionally, I serve as the founder of FLY – First Love Yourself Academy. Here, I provide coaching to models preparing for beauty pageants and fashion shows. My ultimate goal with this platform is to instill in them the confidence to embrace their imperfections, cultivate self-love, and radiate that self-assurance while gracing the stage.
I am also an author or two book titled- A Different Monday and I am Unstoppable.
Recently I have been titled as Mrs. India Elite Universe 2023.
What have been your challenges?
Each morning, as I awaken to a new day, I am greeted by a fresh set of challenges. These challenges can range from marketing intricacies to administrative tasks. However, the essence of entrepreneurship lies in its inherent ability to present you with these complementary challenges. By day’s end, what initially seemed daunting transforms into a valuable experience or a lesson well-learned. Indeed, entrepreneurship is all about navigating the unknown. It’s about persevering even when faced with failures and setbacks.
One additional hurdle that often stands in our way is criticism. It can be a formidable force, discouraging us from pursuing our dreams and desires. Nevertheless, it’s crucial to remember that criticism is just another element of the journey. It’s a signal that you’re pushing boundaries and striving for something meaningful. The true spirit of entrepreneurship lies in embracing these challenges, learning from them, and forging ahead with unwavering determination.
What are your greatest accomplishments?
On my journey toward my goal, I’ve achieved numerous accolades and awards, including the Beauty with Purpose Award from Mrs. India, recognition as one of the top 100 leaders at a Global Conference in Las Vegas, and a third-place win at an International Speech Contest. Additionally, during my corporate job, I received the Best Branch Manager Award out of 169 branches.
However, what truly matters to me is not just these achievements but the fact that I’ve successfully instilled the values I coach my students on in my own children. Moreover, I’ve managed to maintain a work-life balance, ensuring time for everyone in my life, and bringing pride to my parents.
What are your plans for the future?
My future plans are closely aligned with my overarching goal, which is to empower and guide as many children and adults as possible on their journey to enhanced self-confidence. I believe life offers three metaphorical chairs: the chair of survival, the chair of success, and the chair of significance. Having already occupied the first two chairs, I am now determined to sit in the chair of significance, which entails giving back to the community.
My ambition extends beyond solely running a successful business or achieving a billion-dollar enterprise. It encompasses a commitment to supporting the community, spreading happiness, and making a positive impact in the lives of those I meet along the way.
Being an advocate for The Pledge Campaign Foundation through TCP Mrs Universe platform, I am excited to be able to work towards global cause against domestic Violence.
