Hey SitiGirl Cincinnati! What a ride this has been! Three years ago I set out on a journey to fulfill a vision set as a capstone project 20 years ago while obtaining my Master of Science degree in Mass Communications at Murray State University. I honestly never thought I would be able to put my degree to work but here we are entering year four of uplifting and inspiring others to greatness. Challenging the norm and raising the standards of what success truly means.
This has been a journey of highs and lows. Failures and triumphs. Bumps and bruises. This journey has taught me resilience. It has taught me to always bet on me and prioritize my happiness and health. I have learned that even in tough losses, you still gain a lesson. Oftentimes we miss these lessons because we become so laser focused on what we have deemed a loss. Through this journey I have gained the most important thing: ME. Life will come with major twists and turns but the one thing we must hold steadfast to is our identity.
As I sit here and reflect on this last edition of SitiGirl Cincinnati for the 2024-2025 year, I am excited for what is next. I am excited about the possibilities. I am excited about who I am becoming. More than anything, I am excited about all the amazing women that will be highlighted on this amazing platform. Thank you for continuing to sow into my dream and may your all of your dreams come true in 2025 and beyond.
