Meet Tisha Savage: Revolutionizing The Way You See Pageantry

Revolutionary Pageants mission is to be inclusive of all humans who want to participate in a Pageant and want to use their title for a bigger cause. We will be highlighting different charity organizations and prioritizing mental health. The Pageant’s choice cause is the Arthritis Foundation which represents the 1 in 4 with the Nation’s Number 1 Cause of Disability. We encourage each contestant to choose a platform that is close to them, something they are passionate about and give back to that platform each year. That was also why we chose the main colors to represent our collaboration with the Arthritis Foundation and Mental Health being Green. The blues were also to represent NAMI which is the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

We require a platform to be chosen in order to compete and we will take into account the work you have put into that cause during your reign when it comes to the judging process. Our system will also be inclusive of those who are Non-Binary as we have an Mx division. We are also giving the Mrs Division the choice to stay in the 21+ Division as an MRS or they can move to the Ms Division 30-39, Woman Division 40-49 or Elite 50+. Ms, Woman & Elite can be married, divorced, single, or widowed of any marital status. The option is yours.

We are an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community and want everyone to feel welcomed. We plan on giving platforms to those who have felt like they do not have a space in this industry, including being body positive, which will also reflect in our judges selection process. You will not be compared to one another. You will also not be judged on your physical attributes. This will stay at the forefront of importance for us throughout this system. We want to be as transparent and fair as possible.

Our International Pageant will coincide with New York Fashion Week in February 2025. This is the first time that we have announced that information to the public. Which was a main reason why we wanted to give the opportunity to our titleholders this year that were appointed to experience a little of what Internationals will be like in 2025. We are focusing on a “Unique Titleholder Experience” at both the International Level and National. We aim to reduce the toxic environment that pageantry can be known for. When we decided to start this system, we first asked ourselves “what would we want if we were competing?” and now plan to execute it.

With over 21 years in the industry, I have learned what NOT to do and kept with me the key components of what makes pageantry special. I also have a background in curating and producing events. Sometimes in that aspect of the industry, the event experience itself is not up to par with what it should be when entering into a competition. We plan to provide a safe space but still with all the glitz and glamour during pageant week. Our other focus with our “Unique Titleholder Experience” is bringing real value to the table to the titleholders in their prize package, with workshops during their reign and to create an ideal environment where they want to return.

Our National Pageant will take place in Nashville October 10th – October 14th of 2024. We believe that Nashville is the perfect city to host the National. With the International Airport being close to our host hotel and venue, the iconic outings we will have as a group and the thriving entertainment industry that is sure to show them what Nashville has to offer.

Our titleholders will tour the Grand Ole Opry, give back to the community alongside the Arthritis Foundation, raise money for various charities and be a part of optional competitions that include talent. They will also attend workshops during the week hosted by leading Women in Tech such as Laura Cole who is a Blockchain Attorney and other influential leaders in Business with Dress for Success. We will be focusing on their Health and Wealth.

Our goal with this system is to be diverse, and to promote body positivity, but we also have a niche where we will offer opportunities for the titleholder to grow in their careers or in entrepreneurship. They will also experience a MoveFit Class from the owner of Dani D Fitness who will also be awarding an optional competition title, Ms Love Your Body Revolutionary during the competition weekend. Seeing as we are hosting our first event in Music City, we plan to exceed expectations in the production and live up to the name.

We also will feature a Little Miss, Little Mister, Jr Teen and Teen Program. This will be a non-competitive atmosphere. Each delegate will be paired with one of our titleholders that are 21+ during the year. This program will allow them to learn valuable skills, be mentored by our titleholders, win scholarships, prize packages, sponsored items and even advance to a larger competition in which they will use Revolutionary as a steppingstone. We will announce those details later in the year. Our other competition that will take place during optionals will be the Revolutionary Royals contest. This “Battle of the Royals” is open to titleholders 18+ this year who have been crowned on stage in any pageant system to compete for a Supreme title of Who’s Who in Pageantry.

You will choose 1 system to represent in the competition. You must have been crowned on stage and won a title to enter. You cannot have been appointed the title. We eventually see this competition taking place in Las Vegas as a separate entity during the year, however for this year, it will be our National Competition in Nashville this October.

We eventually hope that our Revolutionary titleholders will also return to compete for that title, but the reason for it is to unite other systems and promote one another in the industry. We hope that this will grow into a tradition and will attach a mini convention to it that will be a weekend full of networking with titleholders, directors, other pageant systems and industry professionals.

Our upcoming events for Revolutionary of course is NYFW this February 2024 with Art & Beauty Magazine, Pathways Conference & Capitol Hill Day with the Arthritis Foundation in Washington D.C. this March, Rock the Walk in April, and various events throughout the year in Las Vegas, Texas and Florida.

With all of that being said, I knew that I could not do it alone so myself as the CEO and Executive Director would like to announce our International Director, Heidi Petersen and National USA Director Mariette Lynn Wade.

A very special Thank You also to Pantheon Financial that will also be a Sponsor of our Titleholders and our President of the company, Cody Infante. We have high hopes and big dreams but they all start with being Revolutionary.
